Eligibility

Applicants must have celebrated a minimum of one year in business, have a business located in City of Chicago and commit to building a plan to grow their business 10 percent or more by the close of the program.

Applications and requests for training scholarships are evaluated by CTI and may be reviewed by the City of Chicago before approval.
